SiBorg are concerned about the protection of your personal data. In accordance with the
provisions of the RGPD and the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing,
files and freedoms as amended by the law n°2004-801 of August 6, 2004 relating to the
protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and by the law
n°2018-493 of June 20, 2018 relating to the protection of personal data (transposing the
regulation 2016/679 - directive 2015/680), SiBorg informs you of its protection of Personal
Data. The latter will be treated as strictly confidential and for the sole purpose of our
services, unless you decide some other way.

Definitions

"CNIL": refers to the French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil
Liberties.

"Personal data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or
legal person; an "identifiable natural or legal person" is deemed to be a natural or legal
person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier,
such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or
more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic,
cultural or social identity;

"Data Protection Act": refers to the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6,

“Editor” : refers to the Company (cf. Legal Notice);

"Policy": refers to the present policy - protection of personal data;

"Data Controller": refers to the natural or legal person, public authority, department or other
body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the
processing; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union law
or by the law of a Member State, the controller may be designated or the specific criteria
applicable to his designation may be provided for by Union law or by the law of a Member
State (art. 4.7 RGPD);

"RGPD": refers to the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT
